Course Rules, Copyrights, Regulations & Course Criteria for Enrolment.
- Students may complete the course application form online. Alternatively, if they are attending an agreed place/destination (Nationally OR Internationally), registration can be completed using a hand-filled form available at our offices.
- Two proofs of I.D. such as a Driver’s License, Passport, and any two utility bills must be presented as proof of identification. Additionally, a passport-size photo is required to appear on the application form.
- Before enrolling in the course, all entry requirements must be met.
- For advanced courses, such as Postgraduate courses, one or two referees must be appointed to provide a character reference. These referees must be well-placed individuals in the community who know the student well and are willing to give a character reference.
- Evidence of prerequisite qualifications must be emailed to our academy, or if requested, brought in person to our office. (Photocopies of documents are also acceptable).
- The course fee must be paid in full at the time of enrolment. Following payment, the full course material can be taken by the student or posted out upon request, with a 72-hour processing time.
- Once enrolled, the course contents will be printed after 3 days. The course fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, if a refund request is made within 48 hours and the course material has not been printed, a full refund will be issued.
- If full payment for the enrolled course is not possible, students may set up a direct debit with the academy for agreed-upon payments until full payment is received.
- All enrolled students must show a high level of respect towards the educationists of our academy. Inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of acceptance onto courses and certification–“Good manners cost Nothing”.
- The courses may include on-site teaching, with support available to all students. “Nothing is better than taking advantage of a good opportunity, especially when it comes to gaining knowledge.”
- Students must insure themselves for public liability/malpractice insurance (P.L.I) with our recommended insurers or their preferred reputable insurer. P.L.I is mandatory for all students and professionals.
- Some complementary therapy courses may require the purchase of study course material at an additional cost.
- All courses must be completed within the specified time-frame indicated on the course application form. Any requests for additional time must be made in advance, with the academy allowing no more than a 6-week extension.
- Students are required to inform the academy in case of any claims made against them.
- Note on Copyrights: N.A.H.T courses are copyright protected. Graduates are not permitted to use course content for educational purposes leading to certifying others. Infringement will result in serious investigation and potential consequences.
- Students must remain respectful towards academic staff at all times. Failure to do so may result in investigation and sanctions.
- All rules and regulations must be strictly adhered to by graduates. Non-compliance may result in certificate retrieval.
- Misconduct, negligence, or bringing ill repute to the academy may result in certificate/license revocation and removal from the academy’s board.
- In exceptional circumstances, certificates may be issued prior to course completion, with the understanding that the course will be completed.
- The academy reserves the right to exempt students from certain course units based on professional qualifications in relevant medical fields.
- After graduation, all students must uphold the status and code of ethics of N.A.H.T. The ownership of this achievement will rest upon your shoulders, requiring you to maintain the respect, dignity, and status of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This responsibility is particularly crucial as you represent a “sunnah-therapy,” carrying the honor of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
Examinations, Practical Training & Miscellaneous.
- No mobile phones can be used to take photos or videos of practical sessions without prior permission.
- After practical training, students will write up case studies for submission and take a final examination. An oath will be signed for the practice of this prophetic therapy.
- Failure in any part of the course may require payment for a re-submission.
- Lost course material will incur a replacement charge equivalent to the cost of reprinting.
- Following successful completion, certificates will be issued. A graduation ceremony may take place where possible.
- Students may have their certificates framed for an additional charge and collect them in person or receive them by post.
- The N.A.H.T team emphasizes precision and high standards in their teachings.
- Practical training in remote locations OR in the case where the students are unable to attend the practical training, can have a hijama therapist to personally train them at their residence OR selected location for an additional cost-(contact the academy to check on the fees for training at your location)
- Constructive feedback is welcomed and can be submitted in writing to N.A.H.T for consideration.
