Nutrition and Clinical Nutrition.

In my clinical practice, I also offer unique nutritional prescriptions to help heal. This includes individualized diets, supplement recommendations, and lifestyle changes. I strive to find the root cause of each patient’s issues and provide personalized solutions to heal. I offer licensed nutritional products that rarely have side effects. I believe in natural remedies whenever possible. I also provide guidance on how to make diet and lifestyle changes to ensure long-term well-being through vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and their combinations. I personally believe that supplements for optimal health are an effective combination of multivitamins and minerals. A highly effective quality multivitamin is one of the most critical supplements for optimal health. Fish oil supplements provide the body with essential omega-3 fatty acids that regulate inflammation. Other examples of very useful supplements for the body are Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin A-K Probiotics, etc.

What is Clinical Nutrition?

Clinical nutrition centers on preventing, diagnosing, and managing nutritional changes in patients linked to chronic diseases and conditions, primarily in health care. In this sense, clinical refers to the management of patients, including outpatients in clinics or private practices and inpatients in hospitals.

Basically, it encompasses nutrition and dietetics. Furthermore, clinical nutrition aims to maintain a healthy energy balance while also providing patients with sufficient amounts of nutrients such as protein, vitamins, and minerals. A person’s daily diet provides the body with the necessary nutrients it requires through the processing of the food inside the body in accordance with its needs. Nevertheless, there are circumstances such as disease, distress, stress, etc. That may prevent the body from obtaining sufficient nutrients through diet alone. For these conditions, a dietary supplement formulated specifically for their condition may be necessary to fill the void. This can come in the form of medical nutrition.
